Safelift WREP system

We would like to introduce our Safelift WREP system for protection of Wire Rope slings when used with angular steel objects.
This product reduces wear of the wire rope slings and also prevents damage to the object being lifted as it helps reduce direct metal to metal contact and friction.

TIGER BHW BRAKE HAND WINCH

The original brake hand winch

The Tiger Brake Winch is a high quality multi-purpose winch used for a wide variety of lifting and hoisting applications. The automatic brake ensures the load remains suspended when the crank is released and avoids unchecked descent of the load; there is no freewheeling making the hand winch extremely safe to operate. All the mechanical components are enclosed for protection against dust, dirt and rain contamination. This equipment has a lifting capacity ranging from 800lbs to 2600lbs. The BHW is compact and lightweight yet rugged and durable.

These units meet and exceed all the requirements within BS EN 13157: 2004+A1:2009.

Noiseless 1200lb model:

This model is equipped with a patented quiet brake design that is virtually silent and fully automatic. Best suited to those locations where quiet is required, such as schools, hospitals and theatres.

Corrosion Protection Option:

This model is protected using our unique formulation giving unprecedented long term reliability and superior corrosion resistance and protection in the most severe conditions. The coating provides excellent friction protection and has been proven to be effective through at least 1000 hours of the ASTM B 117 Salt Spray Test. The coating gives the properties of stainless steel without the cost implications.

Dual Handle Option:

Our BHW range can be modified with a new style pinion shaft that allows the handle to be fitted on either or both sides of the winch; this has been designed for areas with difficult access or situations when the conventional right handed winch handle isn’t suitable.

For BHW winches with a dual handled pinion shaft, the BHW-0800 (800lb) and BHW-1200 (1200lb) models are supplied with two handles, as the fittings for each side are not the same. The BHW-1800 (1800lb) and BHW-2600 (2600lb) models come with one handle that fits on either side. If a handle is required to be fitted on both sides of either the 1800lb or 2600lb models, please ask us for more details. The dual handle pinion shaft for the noiseless version (BHW-1200N) is not generally available from stock but may be available as an option – please contact us if this is your preferred design.

Freedom Series Self Lubricating Chain

Freedom Series Self-Lubricating Chains performs well in the application without additional lubrication.
Oil impregnated sintered steel bushing provides self-lubricating and it is ideal for the industries that cleanliness is critical such as packaging, printing, food processing, textile and so on.
Moreover it is designed for applications where regular maintenance is not easily accessible.

Wear Resistance:

  • In dusty environments, dusts absorb the lubrication of sintered steel bushings and it causes premature wear.
  • Used in water, the chain wears quickly.
  • Range of speed is from slow speed 25m/min to high speed 75m/min.
  • When lubrication depletes in the sintered steel bushings, the chain wears abruptly.
  • Operating temperature is from -10? to 150?.
    When ambient temperature is over 80?, lubrication seeps out quickly.
  • The sintered bushings are heat treated, and allow standard chain selection.
  • An application of sintered steel bushing associated with shock load is not appropriate.

O Ring Chain

O Ring Chain is with O Ring to maintain lubricant oil. It is recommended for the condition oiling is difficult or impossible, oil may cause some residual problem, or having dust.

Heavy Duty Roller Chain

Heavy Duty Roller Chain is recommended for machine and equipment working under extremely tough load and impact condition such as steel mill (Furnace Door, Draw Bench), earth moving & construction equipment, amusement park facilities, and others. Main parts are hardened specialty steel with precious machining.

HE Roller Chain

HE Roller Chain consist of thicker link plate than ANSI Roller Chain and stronger pin with hi strength steel, which creates higher tensile strength and higher fatigue strength.
Standard Sprocket can be used for single strand, but need special sprocket for double or triple strand chain.

Plated Roller Chain

SENQCIA provides Nickel plated and LL (special surface treatment) plated Roller Chain for higher corrosion resistance than regular ANSI Roller Chain.

Stainless Roller Chain

Stainless Roller Chain are made of SUS300, and recommended for application under severe environment such as acid or alkaline environment, with water, and low or high temperature.

The precision conveyor chain, like transmission chain, consists of a series of journal bearings held in precise relationship to each other by constraining link plates.

Each bearing consists of a bearing pin and bush on which the chain roller revolves. The bearing pin and bush are case-hardened to allow articulation under high pressures, and to contend with the load carrying pressure and gearing action imparted via the chain rollers.

There is, for each strength of conveyor chain, a range of pitches; the minimum pitch being governed by the need for adequate wheel tooth strength; the maximum pitch being normally dictated by plate and general chain rigidity. When required, the normal maximum pitch can be exceeded by the use of strengthening bushes between the link plates, and suitable gaps to clear the bushes must be provided in the wheel teeth.

Duplex Polyester Webbing Slings

Safelift flat webbing slings are manufactured from high tensity, 100% polyester yarn. Duplex slings are stitched with two layers of webbing throughout of their length. Sling ends are terminated either in reinforced loops or any combination of metal end fittings. manufacturer’s test certificate is provided for safe work load along with the slings.
